WHAT IS PART EXCHANGE?

We buy your current property while you buy a Reiver home, helping you to move into your dream Reiver home more quickly and easily. We manage the sale of your existing home from start to finish*.

WHO CAN USE THE PART EXCHANGE SCHEME?

We will consider Part Exchange on eligible Reiver Homes plots for any homeowner with a suitable property to sell. It is a great solution for busy buyers who would like to or need to move quickly.

WHY SHOULD YOU PART EXCHANGE?

You will benefit from a guaranteed buyer for your existing home (us) and a guaranteed brand-new home to move into. Make your move with no chain, no risk of losing your buyer or worrying about last minute hitches, no delay on securing your new home and no estate agency fees. Plus, you can stay in your current property until your Reiver Home is ready to move into.

HOW DOES REIVER HOMES’ PART EXCHANGE SCHEME WORK?

  1. Choose a Reiver home that Part Exchange is available on, our Sales Executives can help you with this
  2. We’ll check to see if your home qualifies for Part Exchange
  3. Once qualified, we will instruct two independent valuations of your home with a target of marketing it at a realistic price, with an aim of securing a buyer within six weeks
  4. We will make you an offer based on the independent valuations and if you are happy with this, you can reserve your Reiver home
  5. Our Sales Executive will guide you through the buying process and manage the sale of your property for you – all we ask if that you allow reasonable access to your property for viewings
